Didactic materials for teaching indigenous languages: development of educational materials for teaching indigenous languages as a second language at school.

 

Endangered Languages:

  • process of language reclamation and revitalization.
  • language policies on endangered languages
  • policies of cultural and linguistic diversity acknowledgement and management in multicultural states.

 

FIELDWORK


 

June 2012-Decembre 2012. Six months fieldwork on Nam Trik in Totoró (Cauca-Colombia) in order to write a master’s research in anthropology at Cauca University (Colombia), including a Nam Trik sociolinguistic profile and a reflection on the process of revitalization and teaching of this language at school

 

May 2010-février 2011: Ten months fieldwork on Nam Trik in Ambaló (Cauca-Colombia) in the context of the research project: "Phonology, morphology and morpho-phonology of Nam Trik Langue Ambaló”,aimed at establishing criteria for a writing system"

 

Mars 2010-novembre 2010: Nine months fieldwork on Nam Trik in Totoró (Cauca-Colombia) in the context of the researcher project: "Strengthening Community Education Project Totoró", aiming at developing educational materials for teaching Nam Trik
